Individual houses with finished external face work and supporting internal walls that are prefabricated for further extension.

The building costs can be compared to those of a conventional house with similar furnishing. In addition, the building family enjoys further valuable advantages. More living area with the same floor space due to slim walls. The rapid execution saves intermediate financing and lease costs. Furthermore, there are various possibilities of own implementation reducing costs. The extraordinarily good heat protection reduces heating costs from the beginning.

The building period is under normal conditions 10-16 weeks, that is roughly one third of the usual building period. Furthermore, a carpentry house is prefabricated and completed in a dry way, which makes it largely independent of seasonal and climatic influences.

You are advised by our experts and on demand, you receive tools and machinery. However, the part of own implementation should not be overestimated. Depending on time and competence, the building family has the following possibilities of own implementation:

heating |

electronics |

sanitary facilities |

flooring |

wallpaper |

As is the case with all timber houses, the inhabitants can step by step develop their carpentry house: by extension and front section of the building (for example balcony, porch, winter garden, wind screen.
Here there are various possibilities of own implementation as well.

According to the valid heat protection regulation the heating costs of a carpentry house are 30-50% lower than those of a conventional house.

The architect and the building family determine the creation of the house in all aspects, we advise with regard to construction, details and organisation. On demand, we recommend an architect.

The carpentry house makes use of the rational wood-frame construction and the modern wood skeleton structure.

The building family of a carpentry house does not have to use chemical timber protection.

The working community ZimmerMeisterHaus has established a quality safety system for the production and assembly of carpentry houses, supervised by the Munich quality management GmbH. This guarantees a solid technical quality of execution to the building family.

The longevity of a carpentry house corresponds to that of a massive house.

The timber construction takes in the high, integrated heat protection in the open space. The values of the heat protection regulation are already fulfilled or exceeded by the basic version. Additional internal and external heat insulation increases heat protection up to low-energy level.
What is a passive house?
The passive house is a rigorous development of the low-energy house and offers inexpensive, non-polluting and comfortable living. The special thing about a passive house is that due to the highest quality of facing and domestic engineering the heat requirement becomes so low, that in addition to highly efficient heat recovery due to a comfortable ventilation system the energy contributions from solar energy, people´s own warmth in the house and warmth emanating from appliances keep the house nicely warm. The low remaining heat requirement can be covered by slight additional warming of incoming air or by accumulated solar heat.

 |
|
|
|
 |
| |
A passive house uses per m2 living area under normal conditions (20° room temperature) on average 15 kilowatt-hours of heating energy per year – this corresponds to roughly 1,5 litre heating oil. |
| |
A new building executed according to the valid heat protection regulation "swallows" annually about 10 litres of heating oil per m2. |
|
 |
|
|
|
 |
| |
Passive houses are very well insulated with extremely low U-values of all external building parts (roof, wall and basement ceiling or floor slab). The insulation material thickness is between 25 and 40 cm, the material has no heat bridges and is air-tight. |
| |
Triple glazing with two layers provides passive solar recovery, which exceeds heat losses even during the winter months. |
| |
Comfortable ventilation with heat recovery restores 80% and more of the used air and provides fresh air in the whole house. |
