The Ochs energy check analyses in three phases object, energy and supply systems, identifies weaknesses and shows possibilities for improvement.

An exact inventory of your building according to available plans. In this phase, an exact calculation of the facing, wall, roof and window areas is provided.

|

With these measurements the U-value of the different relevant building parts (external wall, roof area or last floor ceiling, floor slab, basement walls, windows) is calculated. Furthermore, we calculate the energy requirement by means of a heat protection certificate, the influence of the existing heating system and the total water consumption inclusive of warm-water treatment. Finally, we take a thermal imaging photography of the building to locate heat losses.

In the final phase of the Ochs energy check we summarize the findings in a schedular record. This is carried out by an independent expert. We then discuss possible improvements to comply with the new heat-protection regulation and help you make use of the promotional programs relevant for you.
